Upgrade taking too long and TM not playing nice with other products.

Current upgrade is taking tool long (over and hour so far) WTF is up with that.
Also you product makes me uninstall any other AM products. Can't your product play nice with competitors?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience about the upgrade. If the upgrade is taking too long I suggest to manually remove the Trend Micro program on your computer and install it manually. Download the latest version of Trend Micro here and run the file after the download to start the installation.

About your second concern, Trend Micro has to remove first the other antivirus program because it will be conflicting with them. They have different functions that makes it conflict with each other. please use the uninstall tool https://esupport.trendmicro.com/en-us/home/pages/technical-support/maximum-security/1115650.aspx?ref... and after that download the 2018 version.
This will take all Trend Micro files and entries down, so first copy your key for installing the 2018 version.
