Upon checking your thread, it appears that you would like us to improve the upgrading of the version of the Trend Micro program. Please be informed that the restart prompts and the uninstall process of the old Trend Micro program is necessary so that we can assure that the old components will not cause issue to the newer version.
But, we will take note of your feedback. Let me also remind you of the new Upgrade button on the upgrading of the Trend Micro program from version 2018 to version 2019.
