Updating windows insider fails, because Trend Micro Maximum Security is seeing it as a threat.

I have had many fault messages why windows insider failed to install. I noticed with the monthly report that Trend Micro Maximum Security sees it as a threat and this was why the upgrade would not install . Uninstalling the old software from 2017, I installed after the update succeeded the new version that is available. 
Perhaps a note next to this:
Maybe you could give your customers a mail that the new software for their Security from your store is available for their account.

Just to clarify your concern, you are having problems updating your Windows Insider as your Trend Micro detects it as a threat, is this right? Please allow me to help you with this.

For us to help you further, may I know what operating system is installed on your computer? Is it on a Windows Insider Preview build? Also, can you provide us some screenshots of the error messages that you encounter for this concern?

I did updates for weeks on this computer and by mailing me the security that you found this month it was very much, so I explored the once you found. It showed that Trend Micro Maximum Security did hold the update for insider and blocked it to install. You should have a record on my account for proof for the last month. Be my guest to look inside. After uninstalling Maximum Security I updated again to version 1709 build 16299.15 wich worked fine. After this i installed Trend Maximum Security (the new version) to my system and it all works fine now. My computer works again on full speed wich is i think because the system kept downloading and installing the new update. 
By the way, I am running another Windows 10 Pro version that updated fine and a Windows 10 home, that also did not have any problems.
For your information, I am using this year 15 years Trend Micro as my anti Virus software. 
This was my info before seeing the information given by Trend Micro on my monthly report.
