The Trend Micro Updater attempts to contact Trend Micro but continually says there is no Internet connection when in fact there is.(or I couldn'tsend this question). Why will the Updater not connect to Trend Micro and update?

One possible cause of this issue is the settings of your Internet connection. You can click on this link for you to follow the steps on Options 1-3 to resolve this issue.
