Update won't take my serial number

Updated my Internet Security 10 to the latest. Put in the Serial Number and it won't accept it. Called Best Buy and they tell me I have to add the dashes in the Serial number or it won't work. I told them there is no way to add dashes since inputting the serial number is in 5 boxes with no dashes. They say they will transfer me and then nothing. You don't support your software and Best Buy blows me off. How do I get my money back so I can get software to protect my computer.

Since your Trend Micro Security was purchased from Best Buy, it's necessary to download a version of the Trend Micro program that is compatible with your serial number. You may refer to the STEP 2 of above link or download from here: Installing Trend Micro Security purchased from Best Buy
