update problem

My TM is dead. Can not remove can not update, can not reinstall, the new verson update ruin all thing. Can any one help solving this problem, by the way I have used the removing tool, and did not work.I am sTuck very frustrated

Hi @jesjengiahuy, I understand your frustration. 

Could you tell me which removing tool you've used? If it's not the options in the following link, please give them a try:  
Uninstalling Trend Micro Security and older programs using the Diagnostic Toolkit

After trying the above solution, please install your Internet Security again.
Installing Internet Security 2017

If the problem persists, to help you further with this problem, we need a bit more information from you. Could you provide detailed descriptions (e.g. cannot open main console, error message XXX is shown) or screenshots of the issue you're encountering? I have solved the problem by my own thinking by restore my earlier restore point which created before MT 2017 update, then uninstall the MT before download the new update, its ok now, by the way my problem when i wrote this post was that, its keep uninstall forever, and could never be done, I used Trend Micro uninstalling tool.
