Update help

My Trend Micro was sent an Update 10/16/2017 and I activated it. Now when it does a SCAN it gets to about 38% and freezes. I left it that way and it didn't budge, so I turned off the computer and tried again when I came home and still freezes at 38%. Help please.

We are already aware on this issue,and it is currently under investigation.

If you are not using the Password Manager, I do suggest you to uninstall it from your computer. But if you’re using it, then please put the entire folder of the Password Manager on your Exception List.
