uninstall "titanium internet security" with expired license and no application available - MAC

I purchased this with macbook Air but now expired. I guess the app was deleted as I have no console or menu to uninstall it.

Thank you, I do appreciate this but unfortunately, didn't work. This particular Mac is a few years old and running OSX 10.9.5. The installer says it cannot be installed on this version of OSX. I seem to be stuck with a program I cannot uninstall it due to not having it installed but I cannot re-install. Hmm, not sure what to do really. I would leave it but I can't get it to stop reminding me my subscription has expired.

Thank you for letting us know about this issue that you encountered. Apologies for whatever inconvenience this has caused you. It is indeed correct, the latest version of Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac (version 7.0) is no longer supported in Mac OS X Mavericks 10.9.5. Although, you may use the uninstall tool included in the installer package to remove the Trend Micro program installed on your machine.

Looks like to did try to install it and that is the reason why you got the message saying that it cannot be installed. What you need to open from the installer package that you downloaded is the "User Support" folder and then select"Trend Micro Antivirus Diagnostic Toolkit". After that, you may click on "Uninstall" and that should remove the software on your computer.

Hi, I had tried that but a message pops up saying that I cannot uninstall: "Unable to uninstall the software, The uninstaller for this software could not be found. Please reinstall the software and then try again". It's all a bit circular I'm afraid. Can't uninstall because I need to reinstall the software but I cannot do that as the installer does not support OSX10.5. Is there an older version of the installer online?

Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you, please try and click here for you to download the DMG file that has the version of the Trend Micro program that can still support Mac OSX 10.9 Mavericks. Then once the download is complete please open the DMG file and go to "User Support" folder and run the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit and click the "Uninstall". This will remove the old program from your Mac OSX 10.9.
