under product info, I am supposed to be able to see my serial number, but it is not showing up because it won't stop loading. help?

I just downloaded the new macOS High Sierra, Trend Micro said it was no longer compatible and I've followed the instructions to download the version that is. It said that under product info, I should find my serial number to help me finish downloading the new version, but it won't stop loading and it won't let me see my serial number or anything else for that matter...please help.

The Trend Micro Product serial number should be in this format XXXX-####-####-####-####. It should be right under the Products tab.
