Hello yaahhyaahh ! Welcome to the community!

We are sorry to hear that you are having troubles with your license as someone has used it without your full knowledge. Allow me to make suggestions to help you through this.

There are several ways on how can someone use this license, if you have purchased this from a local retails store, chances are, the store keeper has already provided this serial number to another person and that person returned it to the store that is why he has a copy of the serial number. This is also true if you have this program installed through a computer technician.

May we also know if you have done a reinstallation of the Trend Micro program on any of your devices in the past? This might be the cause of this. During the version 10 (2016 version) of the Trend Micro programs, uninstallation of the Trend Micro programs does not automatically remove it from your device list on your Account page. This might be another reason.

Furthermore, we would like to suggest that you change your account's password in order to keep your subscription's information safe.

Let us know if this helps!

I removed the unknown laptop from my account.  I recently changed my password and changed it again today.  I have never purchase the product from a retail store...only purchased only...so I'm not sure how anyone got my product code unless they mistakenly enter my code.  I was glad to receive the email informing me someone had added that that laptop which allowed me to remove it....please continue to research this...it was very disturbing someone could use my product without my knowledge.  Thanks Sheila Ewing
