Unauthorized Change svchost.exe

Hi,

I just noticed an unauthorised change blocked reported on my computer:

what does this mean exactly? seems to me that svchost attempted to change the registry but this is unclear.

Also since a couple of weeks, a website is blocked and reported as pornography:

This behaviour is new and prevents me to watch TV; I need to temporarily allow and then stop/restart my machine to access content.

The full URL reads: https://media-pass.canal-plus.com/latest/js/bundle-site.js
Allowing shows the script of this page, nothing else material is experienced.

I can't say if both issues are related.

What's the approach here? Unblock that change?

any support would be greatly appreciated
thanks!

Hi olivier.cora

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers, that is only at working hours. I am just a volunteer!
2 questions:
Do you put yourself under parental control?
Do you put the windows map under folder protection?
Here from you.

Kind regards,
Tom

Hi Tom,
yes, parental control is switched on
folder protection: do you mean "folder shield"?, folder shield is switched on too: "documents" and "pictures"  user profile folders are protected.

what is your suggestion?
thanks and regards,
Olivier.

Hi olivier.cora

I think Parental Control did not like you to go to Canal+, adult site!
So put off Parental Control for your self, you are mature enough to make your own decisions on the web. Trend protect you!
And run this for the other problem.
Using the Trend Micro Permission Tool

Here from you

Kind regards,
Tom

Hi olivier.cora

https://media-pass.canal-plus.com/latest/js/bundle-site.js is categorized as pornography site which is to be blocked when you are using Parental Controls; hence the pop-up message.

Hi,

apologies for the late reply;
hmm.... it shouldn't be categorised as pornography;

the URL I am using is https://www.mycanal.fr and when launching live TV such as TF1 or France2 the other URL is called (https://media-pass.canal-plus.com/latest/js/bundle-site.js ).

I had to allow it but either the URL shouldn't be categorised as porn (who does that?) either Canal+ should fix this.

Now I have a porn site allowed in TM, which is incorrect...

thanks again,
Olivier.

Hi olivier.cora

Probably due to reclassification requests, the website (https://www.mycanal.fr) is no longer classified as an adult site. You can confirm it on our Site Safety Center: https://global.sitesafety.trendmicro.com/. However, if your Parental Controls Protection Category is set to Child, the site will still be blocked as it is classified as media (which is blocked in Child category). Can you please send us a screenshot of your Parental Controls settings?
