Unable to turn on Password Manager

I would like to use password manager, but cannot log in. Program keeps asking me for my master password. I only have one password for Trend Micro, but please note that my email address was recently changed. Thanks, Dave

Hi Dave,

Thank you for letting us know the issue you're encountering. Master Password is the password you use it every time when you open the Password Manager console. It differs with the Trend Micro Account Password which you use it to activate our product or log into your Trend Micro Account.

If you forgot to set up a Master Password for your Password Manager, please refer to the following support page to setting:
Forgot to set up a Master Password after setting up or signing in to Password Manager

If you forget the Master Password you set, you need to reset it and in doing so, it will remove all your saved Password Manager data.
*Note: Trend Micro does not keep a copy of your Master Password and cannot help you retrieve it.

Did not work.  I can go to https://pwm.trendmicro.com/ and sign in and see my password manager is available and has words in it.  I try to turn it on from inside the Trend Micro Max Security prog and told my master password does not work, i try reset, put in id/password and the program responds with "restart the computer"

Shortly after writing the last entry, i received an update notice from the Trend software.  I allowed it to perform the update and the password software is now working  perfectly.  Odd timing - I expect that you had something to do with that.  Thank you very much.  Dave
