unable to renew my mobile security on my devices

I renewed my Maximum security for 2017-18 but cannot see how to update my mobile security. When I click on my mobile security on my phone it still shows expires sept, 21, 2017. I have tried to click renew/activate but it sends me to a place to reorder. What do I do to get my 2 iphones and ipad hooked to this as it seems I have the option to protect several devices.

Can you try signing out and then signing in to your Trend Micro account on the Mobile Security application?
