Unable to receive AV updates since Win10 update

Since a recent upgrade on Win10 I have been unable to receive updates to my Trend Micro database, what is the problem?

Can we ask if you have encountered any error message when you try to manually update the Trend Micro program?

May we also know the version of your Trend Micro program installed on the device?

You may also try the procedures for "Unable to install the update. Please try again later" error message appears when clicking the "About the Software" button of Trend Micro Security"

Yes, a message said unable to connect to the internet for update, however every other program does not have that problem.

"Connect to the Internet" error message appears from Trend Micro Security software
