Unable to open download

I renewed my prescription - by using the links in the email sent to me, I purchased and paid for it. However, after downloaded I get this message You can’t open the application “ANZ_Online-TTi_10.0_MAX_Downloader.exe” because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on OS X. So need to cancel payment if unable to use product.
