Maximum 10 security password manager not operating.
I just paid for a one year subscription of this and I am now having problems.

I can't even get past your key function suggestion.

Give me something I can go to with click of the mouse!!!

I do not want a response that states "go to our FAQ's" as I do not have time to mess with all the occupational jargon.

Sorry to hear you're running into problems with Password Manager. Per your description, we would like to suggest you reinstall the program on fixing this issue. Here're the steps for your reference: 

1.Uninstall Password Manager 
If you have any passwords stored in Password Manager, they're saved in our secured storage and will not be lost. Please check if you can see a Password Manager folder in Windows Start menu:
Windows Start
-- All Programs
---- Trend Micro Password Manager

If you're able to locate this folder in Windows Start, then please simply click "Uninstall Trend Micro Password Manager" to uninstall Password Manager. 

2. Reinstall Password Manager 
To install Password Manager again, you can download the latest version of Password Manager by the link below:

Please follow the installation step-by-step procedure, and don't forget use your Trend Micro Account to Sign in Password Manager.
