Unable to download trend micro mobile security from apple Apps Store

2 days ago, I purchased Trend Micro Maximum Security 10 (5 devices 1 year) from Challenger in Singapore.  I bought it specifically for trend micro mobile security to be installed on my iPad 3 and iPhone 5. 

After activating the software, I sent an email from my Trend Micro account to provide the link to download the Trend Micro Mobile Security software to my iPhone 5 and iPad 3. Upon clicking the web link in the email, a pop screen appeared asking whether I wish to download on the Apple Apps Store; The alternative was to cancel the download. On being directed to the Apple Apps Store, the option to GET the Trend Micro Mobile Security appears but when I click on the icon, the pop up message "Trend Micro Mobile Security for iPhone, iPad" is not compatible with this iPhone".  

On the packaging, it is stated that Trend Micro Maximum Security 10 is compatible to iPhone 5 and iPad 2 and 3.

For this issue, unfortunately, the latest version of Trend Micro Mobile Security for iOS that you have downloaded from the Apple App Store is not compatible with 32-bit iOS devices.
