"Unable to download the file" error

When trying to download this year's version of TM Internet security, I get the error message "Unable to download the file. Make sure the computer has a working connection tot eh Internet before trying again." I obviously have a working connection as I am here on this website asking what this message Really means and how I can get past it.

Interesting.  Nothing I can be certain about, but there are a couple of pre-files to download before the full security itself which unzip the latter. Maybe a solution?
