Unable to download attachments

I just installed Trend Micro version 12.0 from Best Buy on to my desktop pc. I have completely removed my previous antivirus. I am using Windows 10. I opened an email from Yahoo mail and wanted to download a .PDF file but I am unable to do so. There are no pop up messages why I am unable to do so. It's just that nothing happens. 

All this has happened after downloading Trend Micro. I also have a laptop running Win 10 and my old antivirus and it seems to work on it. I have some important work to finish and sign on the PDF. Please advise.

What you need to do now is to check if it is really the Trend Micro program causing the issue you are encountering right now. 
When downloading the PDF, you can disable the program temporarily, but make sure that what you are downloading is safe to avoid getting infected. You can check the steps on the link below on how to disable and enable the program. 
Disabling or enabling your Trend Micro Security software

Also, one factor that you can consider is the license status of your PDF reader. 

If the issue was gone after disabling the program. Kindly contact the Geek Squad. We have an agreement with Best Buy that they should be the first line of support in any Trend Micro-related concerns. The contact number is 1-800-433-5778. Just to let you know, we have a specific department from Best Buy that handles the Trend Micro subscription.
