Unable to download an update

Hi, I am unable to update my antivirus software on my MAC with the message coming up: UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD AN UPDATE, could not connect to the update server. Check the network connection and try again. I have followed the trouble shooting on your website which suggests to go in to the WI-FI settings and change the Proxy settings, however this still doesn't work. Is there something else I can try to fix it?

I'm sorry to hear you have to go trough this inconvenience with our program. Were you able to manually update the program after disabling the Automatic Proxy Configuration?

You may try to temporarily disable Trend Micro and re-enable the program after 10 seconds and try to check for updates again. Make sure that the Proxy setting is disabled before proceeding.
