Unable To Download An Update

I'm getting an error message of " Could not connect to the update server. Check the network connection and try again". I'm connect!! Not sure what the problem is.

Sorry to hear that the solution did not work for you. Update issue could be due to a number of different factors. We suggest you to reinstall your Antivirus for Mac to reset the program and see if the update can finish without any error. Please refer to below steps to reinstall the Antivirus for Mac:

  1. Uninstalling Antivirus for Mac  
  2. Installing and activating Antivirus for Mac 2016
