unable to contact trend micro

Password Manager in IE10 does not initiate. When running it it responds with "Unable to Help with Your Passwords...Trend Micro cannot help you save passwords and automatically sign into websites until you take a moment to sign into your Trend Micro Account.
Sign In Now". When I sign in, password manager says "unable to contact trend micro"
