Unable to claim cashback!

Hello. I have renewed my two year subscription today. I want to claim my "$50 cashback" but when I go into your promo site and enter my product serial number it says it's already been claimed. This is not true. I want my money back please. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP. thank you

Are you aware on how the cashback works? If not yet, let me explain it to you. First you need to buy the full amount of the renewal which you are done with. To claim it, you just need to fill up the record in our cashback website and it will be credited back to your account via electronic fund transfer within 28 days. 

May I know if you received the e-ticket already? If yes, that means that it's all good and nothing to worry about. Just wait for the cash back amount within 28 days.
