uiWatchDog.exe system error

At start up I get a "uiWatchDog.exe system error" with a message that MSVCR110.dll is missing from my computer.  Web search indicates this is a Trend Micro issue.  It started 4 days ago.  My computer is one month old and I found out restore points were not turned on.  Any help would be appreciated. I have an HP laptop, Windows 10, Trend Micro Internet Security 10
