I received a renewal reminder email from Trend Micro for my subscription that expires on December 31, 2017 (Serial # ending 0910). However, I had already renewed my Trend Micro software subscription in November , 2017 (serial # ending 7233). When I look at the Product Tab in My Account, it shows that I have two subscriptions. How do I remove the one that expires on December 31st? I have changed the settings so that it does not automatically renew, but I feel that I'm still missing a step. I like your product very much,, but I don't want to pay for it twice. Thanks for your help tonight.
