Trying to upgrade my Trend Micro for Best Buy, keep getting "Unable to Install Trend Micro Antivirus"

Received a message that I needed to upgrade my Trend Micro software from Best Buy. Was following thru the steps and received the message below. I have searched my mac for "av_malwarebytes" and it is not being found. I emptied the trash after uninstalling, don't know if that info helps at all.

I understand that you were prompted by the Trend Micro installation wizard to remove "av_malwarebytes" before you can proceed.

To help you with this, we may need to uninstall the MalwareBytes program from the Applications folder first.

Here's how to uninstall an app/program on Mac:
- Please open Applications folder in the Finder sidebar.
- Check if the MalwareBytes program is in the list.
- Normally, there should be an uninstaller inside the program's folder. If you see Uninstall [App] or [App] Uninstaller, you can double-click on it and follow further instructions. After uninstalling, please retry the installation of the Trend Micro program.
- If you can't see the uninstaller, you can drag the app/program from the Applications folder to the Trash.
- After which, you can empty the Trash and retry the installation of the Trend Micro program.

Please let us know if you encounter the same error after doing the steps provided.
