Trying to see when my subscription ends.

There is NO good or easy way for me to tell when my coverage is up and I'll have to pay again. It would be really nice to be able to easily see something that states expiration date, or Covered through date in the program. Instead all I see are subscription serial numbers that mean nothing to me. Any idea how I'm supposed to find this information?

Thank you for the reply. However, my account page doesn't look like that. It just says Activated. However, I have discovered that since I bought it through Best Buy, I have to contact them for the info.

So People Out There... If you buy through Best Buy...only they can help you with this 1-800-GEEK SQuAD and tech support can answer your questions.

Yes. If the subscription was purchased thru Best Buy. You won't be able to see the expiration date of your subscription from the My Account page.
