trying to run a full scan but it keeps cutting out after only 5 to 10% done

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers, that is only at working hours. I am just a volunteer!
Can you tell TM version, OS version, PC type?
If the scan takes place can you see the File name that it is scanning at that moment?
