trying to load trendmicro on my ipad activates successfully then when I try to download displays pages of code and nothing happens

Have purchased new 6 devices version instead of renewing previous version. Previous version worked

Thank you for purchasing a new 6 devices license! I understand that Trend Micro Mobile Security does not work smoothly on your iPad. Could you please try the following steps to reinstall the app again and see if it works.
  1. Tap and hold the Trend Micro Mobile Security app icon on the Home screen until the icon starts to wiggle.
  2. Tap x in the corner and then tap Delete.
  3. Refer to the support page below to reinstall the Trend Micro Mobile Security app.
    Downloading, installing, and activating the full version of Mobile Security for iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch
