Trying to install my Titanium Internet Security on a new Windows 10 & get a message saying "Your app doesn't work with Windows 10"

Trying to install my Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security on a new Windows 10 machine and I get a message saying "Your app doesn't work with Windows 10"
New download of the installer: TTi_3_DELL_Trial30 - which I assume means that the original software came with my old DELL.
The new computer is also a DELL (an Inspiron 15 3000) but the original was a Windows XP and this one has Windows 10. My serial number starts with DLEF so I can't use the newer installs that support keeps sending me to.
Do I need a new serial number or should I just get a refund and go with the McAffee that came with my new DELL?

Ti3 for Dell has already reached its End-Of-Life
If your serial number is still valid or has not yet expired, you may contact Technical Support here and request to have it changed.
