Trying to add devices but not working

Our product allows for three devices. It has been installed on our PC for quite awhile. When I decided to add it to my Android and iPad today, I ended up with a new 7-day trial for each device. What happened?

Let me help you on this matter. 

Based from your description, it seems that you are using the trial version on both Android and iPad instead of the full version.

Here's what you can do to activate the program.
Step 1: Open the Mobile Security app on your devices.
Step 2: Tap on Settings.
Step 3:  Look for the Sign In button, and then tap on it. 
Step 4:  Use your existing Trend Micro account.
Step 5: Once signed in, check the expiry date on the main console of the app, if the date matches your active license, then it is now activated. 
Optional:  If you are already signed in (Step 3), press on Sign out, then sign in again.
