Trusteer Rapport compatibility issue

Have a problem with Trusteer Rapport to access my company's systems from home laptop - worked fine a few days ago; Rapport help desk indicates that a recent Trend Micro update has caused compatability issues with Rapport

Thank you for contacting here! For your question, PC security programs do not co-exist well, as having more than one security program usually result in a conflict where key security features won't work properly. Since you have a paid version of Trend MicroMaximum Security with features more powerful than the free Trusteer Rapport, we suggest removing Trusteer Rapport and use Trend Micro protection only.
