Trouble with Trend Micro starting after MS Oct update KB4041676

Trend micro product was not starting and giving .dll errors, etc. Tried to reinstall but it was stuck at the "checking computer" step.  Turns out its related to MS fall October 2017 update KB4041676.   Uninstalled KB4041676, then "Hid" the update.  This worked, allowing a reinstall of Trend Micro.
Not installing an MS update will have consequences, but for now, Trend Micro is reinstalled and working.
