Trouble understanding renewal process

I have been getting notices saying my Internet Security is expiring in 40 days, and I have two days to renew under the reduced prices, but when I tried to renew it told me that it was already installed.

What you might have been doing is trying to reinstall the program rather than renewing it. 

The renewal process is where you will have to pay your subscription in order to continue using our program. You can actually renew using the link below.

Online Renewal

After the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email regarding your purchase along with a 'Download' link. The 'Download' link is where you can install the latest version of the program.
