Trouble loading program on my brand new HP All in one

I am unsure if the program has loaded correctly. I have followed all instructions but have never seen the last page displayed {Green dial} in your setup guide. I have removed and reloaded and still do not have the access to the screen shot nshown. When clicking on the desktop icon the following window appears:TREND MICRO INSTALLER : Do you want this app to make changes to your device. Once loaded i have not been able to ask the program to carry out any checks hence my question above. Please help me as i am loosing faith. Regards Stu.

Hi Stu, I understand your frustration.

For your issue, have you tried the solution that Tom provided? If after trying the above support page, the installation issue still persists, could you provide more detail on what is happening? e.g. error message, basic PC info (OS of your new all in one). Some screenshots would also be helpful. You can use the attach image feature in the comment editor to upload screenshots. Thank you!
