Hi @orval and welcome to the community!

It is possible that what you received is something similar to Technical Support Scam. Technical Support Scam usually sends a warning on computer screens via pop-up/ads, emails, or cold-calling. The warning will state that your PC is compromised or has a virus and will instruct you to contact a specific hotline so they can fix it for you, when actually, they'll just collect your personal information.

For email protection, we do have an Anti-Spam Toolbar feature but this is not available to the current Trend Micro subscription that you have. To make sure that your PC is unprotected, you may please scan your PC using your Trend Micro program.

I would also advise that you change your email account password and block all email addresses that maliciously send you emails.

We hope this help and let us know if you have further concerns.

Thank you and have a great day! :)
