Sorry to hear this issue. PC security programs do not co-exist well, as having more than one security program usually result in a conflict where key security features won't work properly. Since you have a paid version of Trend Micro Maximum Security with features more powerful than the free Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, we suggest removing Malwarebyte software and use Trend Micro protection only.
