TrendMicro Antivirus+ makes all browser act like they where in brakefluid(SLOW)

I don ́t know how many hours I have spent to try to find the cause if this problem, but at last I disabled everthing that has todo with AV and WEB and now everything runs like F1 racer, but as soon I switch on the web protection everything goes slow when loadin a new webpage, I follwed another thread and unistalled,cleaned and reinstall but same issue, to the point is I have two installtion of this one on my new PC and one on my rely old Laptop and the Laptop runs fast as h**l, so the problem is on my Desktop PC

I ́m not happy to disable my AV when surfing so please solve this.

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers, that is only at working hours.
May i suggest to put TM as first to start if the PC Starts Up.

And reboot.
Are you sure that you did not run programs that are in this list!

1.the problem occurs in all my browsers (FF,Chrome,Opera,IE).
FF 58.0.2 (64-bit),
Chrome Version 64.0.3282.167 (Official Build) (64-bit)
IE 11.0.96.

4.PC desktop, Windows 7 Pro,Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz 16 Gb mem, SSD

Can you please provide a screenshot of the Task Manager showing the CPU, Memory, and Disk Usage while the Trend Micro and one of your browsers are running? Kindly sort it according to the usage from highest to lowest. We will check which specific process is causing the issue.
