I have confirmation from "email@example.com" that my subsription has been renewed untill September 2017. However I am still receiving emails indicating my sunscription has expired, can you please resolve this for me.

After investigation, we confirmed the notification was last sent 8/20/16. We’ve turned off the notification that is coming from Trend Micro for you.
