Trend Mobile Security disconnecting bluetooth

My Samsung Galaxy S8 is having its bluetooth connection with my Garmin Fenix 5s watch constantly disconnected by Trend Mobile Security App and it is very annoying as I want it to be constantly connected. I can't see anywhere in the settings that allows you to setup what apps it blocks the bluetooth connection for? BTW - the Just a phone feature is NOT selected.

It is possible that your Trend Micro Mobile Security System Tuner's Just-a-phone mode or Auto Just-a-phone mode is turned on. Just-a-Phone Mode can help keep your mobile device going longer. While Auto Just-a-Phone lets you customize how the app behaves by setting up automatic responses based on how much power you have left.

Kindly check the settings of your System Tuner by following the steps below:
1. Open the Trend Micro Mobile Security application.
2. Tap System Tuner.
3. Tap Auto Just-a-Phone and check the settings, whether it is enabled. 
4. Configure your settings.

Thanks, I believe this has fixed the problem but to get to the settings for this shouldn't be so convoluted to start with either.
