Trend Micro's Lack of Support

I've been having trouble running a full scan on my computer.  Trend Micro's staff constantly tell me that its the files on my computer.  The number of files on my computer haven't changed that much.  I noticed, the slowdown right after I downloaded a trend micro update last year.  

I'm tired of being jerked around by your rookie staff.  Each time that I've contacted trend micro, I have spent several hours on the phone trying to convince your staff the my concerns are legitimate.
