Hi mihaku1,

You can try the suggested troubleshooting given to Larry McKinley. After doing so, try installing the Trend Micro Security Software again.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Larry McKinley,

You can try to restart the components of the Trend Micro Security Software. To be able to do that, just follow the instructions given below:

1. Open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.
2. Click the (C) Uninstall tab.
3. Click the 5. Stop all Components button.
4. Then click 2. Delete Now.
5. After that, click 4. Start all Components.
6. Open Trend Micro Main Console and try running a scan again. Observe if it will still persist.

Let me know how it goes.

~Pia
