Trend Micro Troubleshooting and Phone Number for Support

I have the Trend Micro Troubleshooting icon as recently added. When I try to download it asks for a "token". How do I get a "token"??? Also, How do I get a GOOD contact Trend Micro phone number. If my computer is not functioning, I need a number for technical support. I could not find a legitimate phone number

Per your description, the app you started is the Trend Micro AirSupport tool, a tool that can inspect your PC in-depth and download solutions real-time, with your permission of course. The way to get a token is you'll need to contact our support engineer via phone or chat first, and if it is decided that AirSupport is needed to resolve your issue, a token ID will be given to you by our engineer.

i need to know how to shutdown the pop up blocker for a few minutes to download some info from an account?

@ddwatts Thank for contacting here! We'd like to confirm the detail of your pop up blocker issue - are the popup blocker you mentioned is one of the feature of Internet Security? If yes, you can temporarily disable Internet Security to download the info from your account. We have a support document that explains how to do this:

Don't forget to enable your Internet Security after downloading the info.
