Regarding your concern, we do not yet have a definite time when the compatible version of the Trend Micro Toolbar for Mozilla Firefox's 64 bit version would be released.

If you want, you may use the 32bit version of the Mozilla Firefox which is compatible with the Trend Micro tool bar.

As informed in the early replies, the Trend Micro toolbar for Mozilla Firefox 64 bit version is not yet supported. With that the link for its download is not yet available.

Hi @Tom Emmelot.

Can you provide us details regarding your reply that the toolbar for Mozilla Firefox 32 bit version which is not working? Is your Mozilla Firefox version the latest one which is version 57.0? 

If in case it is, we would like to inform first that we are already aware of this issue and is currently undergoing
investigation. You may want to use other browsers first like Internet Explorer or Google Chrome to utilize the Trend Micro toolbar. Rest assured that we'll provide updates once available.
