Ever since Oct 2016 I have had problems with Trend Micro Maximum Security (Windows 10). Initially it was being disabled. I have been in touch with your help desk (Ref 1-1-1077744251 and 1-1-1081608961). The disable problem seems to have been resolved. Now it takes about 5 minutes to get going when I start my laptop. The help desk staff do their best but have not been able to help. Please advise a solution to this serious problem.
