Pc slows to a crawl when I use internet explorer

We're sorry to hear of your experience. 

May I know the following information:
1. Windows OS version
2. Internet Explorer version
3. Trend Micro program version

Have you tried to use other web browsers like Google Chrome or Firefox? If not, can you try to access any of the two and let me know if you will experience the same problem with Internet Explorer.

There are possible reasons for the slow down of your computer and it could be any of the following: 
  • Conflicting programs (e.g. other security software) are installed on your computer. 
  • Conflict with an old version of the Trend Micro program on your computer. 
  • Hardware limitation. 
For us to further identify what is causing the issue, it would be appreciated if you can provide us with the details I ask above.
