Adobe Premiere CC most recent version seems to be blocked by your software.

Hi ben,

Sorry to hear about what happened.

Try to add the Adobe Premiere CC onto the Exception List of your Trend Micro program.

To do that, here's how:

Configuring the Exception List of Trend Micro Security software

Let me know how it goes.

Hope this helps.

We're sorry to hear that swizzie2000,

We would like to verify if you are encountering the same issue on your device. If yes, may we know the program or file that the Trend Micro detects?

If you are receiving any Trend Micro pop-ups please take a screenshot and send it to us.

Awaiting for your response.
