Trend Micro Security continually stops.

My Trend Micro Maximum Security program continually stops with the message "Protection Disabled. Please restart your computer to fix the problem." I used to restart the laptop, but now I use the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit to restart the program. But is keeps then it keeps on stopping. Yesterday it stopped and had to be restarted at least 10 times. I have spoken to Trend Micro Support on 4 occasions (ref 1-1-1077744251 and 1-1-1081608961) but the problem is still not fixed. I think I need an expert to identify the peoblem.

We noticed you contacted our Phone Support over this issue on 2016/12/12 again and you have been provided with the following instructions: 
Reinstall first and monitor if it have the same problem 
  1. Uninstalling Trend Micro Security 2017 using the Uninstall Tool
  2. Installing Trend Micro Security 2017
Please let us know how it goes.
