Trend Micro requesting to restart repeatedly

My computer keeps telling me Trend Micro is disabled and I need to restart to enable. I have restarted it at least 6 times. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm using Windows 10.

Try to check the version of your Trend Micro program. If it is still on version 12, then you need to reinstall your Trend Micro again with version 15.
