For your this issue, we suggest using Diagnostic Toolkit to uninstall your previous version of Trend Micro Security (if you have install previous version.), then install Premium Security to resolve your problem. Please refer to the links below for detailed steps:
  1. Uninstall Maximum Security by Diagnostic Toolkit
    Uninstalling Trend Micro Security and older programs using the Diagnostic Toolkit
  2. Since you are using Premium Security, please refer to the following support page to install Premium Security:
    For Premium Security(Serial Numbers starting with "X")
    Installing Premium Security 2017
